The location is excellent. it is near central attractions. the rooms were spacious and comfortable. I found the staff helpful and efficient. they tried to ensure my stay was pleasant!
i noticed dust and lint in the room. i also saw stains on the carpet.

the breakfast buffet included a wide variety of options including a dedicated omelet station. the gym featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes. housekeeping provided fresh towels daily without prompting and refilled toiletries. the swan river view from my room was expansive during the day and very peaceful at night
the minibar was not restocked daily it was necessary to request refills

the upgrade was free, it was a great surprise. the sunset view from the room was amazing, i saw the sun disappear. the room itself felt modern and new. the facilities in the room were really top of the line, like the tv and coffee machine.
the swimming pool glass had some dirt.

location is great near the riverfront. i took some beautiful walks along the river. the central business district is also close, it made getting around easy and convenient.

breakfast was really good, a lot of choices available. i saw fresh food and many options even for people with celiac. the hearth restaurant offers a taste of hearth, which consists of interesting combinations and great information for each dish.

the customer service was amazing, i felt very looked after. the staff was helpful and nice. i really liked how the staff took extra care, showing little gestures like cake.

The location near Elizabeth Quay was acceptable. It allowed for simple walks around the area.
The service was really subpar I waited over an hour for my bags to arrive in my room. This. I contacted the hotel four times but only got apologies about staff being busy. Eventually a staff member delivering room service found my bags what a joke.

I enjoyed my stay. from arrival, i felt welcome and well looked after. my room had a wonderful view. the hearth restaurant dinner was excellent. we celebrated my mom's birthday. The staff gave very interesting information for each dish. breakfast at hearth had fresh choices for everyone even those with celiac. they celebrated my mom with cake and mimosas.

the rooms were beautiful with large bathrooms. closet space was ample and useful. floor-to-ceiling windows provided gorgeous views of the river.
the design of the entrance made it difficult to stop my vehicle briefly. i encountered staff urging me to move on quickly. there was a lot of noise coming from outside in the evenings.
